The Company was stablished on November 21st at the Notary of Madrid, Don Francisco Mata Bottle number 4147 of his protocol and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Tome 2059, Folio 211, Section 8, sheet M - 452,086, being the holder of the domain name halcash.com.
